Natalie has taught yoga privately for over 10 years and has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She provides yoga in clients’ homes for people who are suffering from injuries or illness, recovering from surgeries or in post-partum, as well as for those who work long hours and are looking for stress reduction or simply prefer practicing yoga in the privacy of their own home. She teaches Vinyasa yoga with a strong Iyengar influence.
